Ingenico 5100
The Ingenico 5100 is as secure as it is user-friendly, and as fast as it is flexible. It comes equipped with a thermal printer capable of printing 15 lines per second, a 32-bit processor, a modem compatible with both dial up and ethernet connections, and it can also be outfitted to support a wireless WiFi connection.
This terminal was designed with a longer magnetic reader to improve first-swipe success rates and cut down on transaction time. It also includes a keypad and a backlit screen display for exceptional ease of use.
The Ingenico 5100 is Visa PED approved and has a DES- and 3DES-integrated PIN pad to ensure high security for debit and EBT transactions. This model also includes MasterSession and DUKPT key management, as well as a Level 1 and 2 EMV 4.0-certified smart card reader.
